Membership Requirements - Student Member Rate

• Students can attend SIGGRAPH Asia 2020 Virtual at a reduced rate.
• To qualify for the Student rate, you must be a student member of ACM or ACM SIGGRAPH.
• To register as a student attendee, kindly send an email request through the online form here with your membership details (first name, last name, ACM membership ID). Note: You must be a student member of ACM or ACM SIGGRAPH.
• After verification from the Organizer, you will receive a unique Student Discount Code to apply during your Registration Process. 
• Please note that Student Member Rates are only applicable for the following passes:
  - Ultimate Attendee – Student Rate (USD 125); and
  - Basic Attendee – Student Rate (USD 75) 
• For ACM / ACM SIGGRAPH membership application or renewal, please visit ACM, ACM SIGGRAPH. Credits will not be given if you become a member after registering for SIGGRAPH Asia 2020 Virtual.

Registration Policy

• Please take note that email address must be unique for each user.
• Your registration will be valid only when payment is received in full by the Organizer.
• There are no age-based restrictions to attend the Conference.
• Please be aware that parts of the Conference may contain adult content, graphic images, or violence.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the events beyond the control of the Organizer.

Attendee Participation/Recording Policy

• By registering to attend SIGGRAPH Asia 2020, you are granting SIGGRAPH Asia 2020 permission to record your image, voice, comments, and questions during sessions.
• Additionally, it is important to recognize that many of the words, images, sounds, objects, and technologies presented at SIGGRAPH Asia are protected by copyrights or patents. They are owned by the people who created them. Please respect their intellectual-property rights by refraining from making recordings from your device or taking screen shots. If you are interested in the content, feel free to reach out to the contributor or visit the ACM SIGGRAPH Digital library after the event, where the proceedings will be made available.
• SIGGRAPH Asia is an open and accepting environment, whether in-person or online, and we ask that participants operate within our virtual space with dignity and respect for all who have come to learn, grow, and connect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

SIGGRAPH Asia 2020 Virtual passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
